Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) makes no recommendations about, and assumes no responsibility for problems with such housing. LANL does not prescreen landlord/property owners. Complaints regarding inappropriate landlord/property owner conduct will result in the loss of listing properties on this website.

Landlords have chosen to offer their homes, rooms, apartments, etc. to LANL students. Please respect their privacy and only call these referrals if you are a LANL student.

This web site is updated once a week. Referrals will remain on the web site for six weeks unless you notify LANL the referral has been rented. You can contact me by email at Students' Association Chair. This is not a staffed position at LANL, however, email is monitored at least once a day.

FAIR HOUSING ACT - it is unlawful for a landlord, managing agent, real estate broker, or salesperson to discriminate against a person or harass a person because of the person's race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, or disability or, a perception that a person is associated with another person who may have any of these characteristics.
